Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide health education to patients and their families.
  • Deliver care according to current guidelines including NICE guidelines and Chief Medical Officer guidance.
  • Support the Practice to achieve its requirements within the QOF framework and enhanced services.

Requirements:
  • Child/Adult immunisation trained.
  • GP surgery experience.
  • Diabetes management experience.
