Job Title: Children's Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Lawyer to join our busy department in Worcestershire. As a key member of our team, you will have a minimum of 5 years PQE and a strong working knowledge of private and publicly funded divorce and finance matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of divorce, financial remedy, co-habitation, and pre-nuptial agreements
  • Conduct full case management, including conducting your own advocacy
  • Supervise, work with, and support a NQ Solicitor and Legal Assistant
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years PQE with a good working knowledge of private and publicly funded divorce and finance matters
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience in full case management and conducting your own advocacy
