Job Title: Modern Slavery Safehouse Advocate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Modern Slavery Safehouse Advocate to join our team at Black Country Women's Aid. As a key member of our team, you will provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of modern slavery and human trafficking, ensuring their safety, well-being, and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive support to victims of modern slavery, including risk assessment, needs assessment, and journey planning.
  2. Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  3. Work closely with partner agencies to ensure seamless referrals and coordination of services.
  4. Conduct regular case reviews to monitor progress and adjust support plans as needed.
  5. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients, including health and safety, fire safety, and maintenance support.
Requirements:
  1. Right to work in the UK.
  2. References.
  3. DBS check at the relevant level.
