Mental Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients experiencing mental health issues.
Job Description- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop individualised care plans.
- Provide emotional support and counselling to patients and their families, fostering a therapeutic environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement treatment strategies and evaluate patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices, particularly in mental health settings, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative in patient care.
Requirements- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology relevant to mental health conditions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the service needs.
