Area Sales Manager

As a Sales Leadership Expert at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. Your main goal will be to maximize revenue and market share while ensuring compliance with all legal and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their sales targets and objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to sales representatives, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to succeed.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget for the area and ensure that expenditures are in line with the company's financial objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and industry regulations, including age-restriction laws for tobacco products.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the tobacco industry.
- Skills: Analytical and strategic thinking to develop effective sales plans.
- License: Full UK Driving License.
