Sales and Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the European Road Freight market.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the Operations team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Providing sales training and support to the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in the logistics and transportation industry. You will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Requirements:
- Proven sales and business development experience in the logistics and transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of the European Road Freight market and its key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
