Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the European Road Freight market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  2. Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborating with the Operations team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  4. Providing sales training and support to the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in the logistics and transportation industry. You will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven sales and business development experience in the logistics and transportation industry.
  2. Strong understanding of the European Road Freight market and its key players.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
