Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to drive growth and enhance client relationships. This role involves managing renewals, pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Manage selected renewals and support new business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely on-boarding and issue resolution.
  • Record and report sales activities, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct post-on-boarding calls to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • You will need to be within a reasonable commute.
  • UK based applicant with an unrestricted right to work.
  • Demonstrable experience in account management or sales, preferably in the private medical insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
