Growth Project Consultant Role

We're seeking a Growth Project Consultant to join our team at Ascential plc as part of our Growth function. The role is full of variety as the Growth team works across a wide range of projects and initiatives within the product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Each project within the team requires a high standard of analysis, interpretation and presentation of key data, detailed customer research with a commercial growth focus & high-quality presentations and briefings to internal and external key stakeholders through all stages of the new product and initiative development process.

Project Progress Management:

  • The Growth team sits across a number of projects from large transformations through to simple initiatives. This role would be responsible for creating a simple project management method for the team and regularly reviewing progress, success and next steps with the CGO.

Project Contribution:

  • Taking part in ideation sessions with CGO and wider business on growth initiative development. Analysis of customer data, trading reports and target market size.

Your Experience:

  • Previous experience in project management desired but not required.
  • Essential to be proficient at multitasking including prioritising tasks, compartmentalising projects and documenting everything for easy access and future reference.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Having a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to jump into projects head first.
  • Experience working with G-suite programs to deliver high-quality presentations and spreadsheets.
  • Passion for innovation and creative thinking.
