Job Overview:
Cafe Managers are pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences at OneRetail. As a Cafe Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our cafe, ensuring high-quality food and service standards. This role demands excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to lead our cafe team. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service. A Basic Food Hygiene certificate is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare delicious food to the highest standards
- Manage culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service
- Oversee catering operations, including weekly business returns and budget monitoring
- Communicate regularly with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets
- Represent OneRetail and maintain a positive brand image
- Support and train teams, leading from the front to ensure excellence in their roles
- Implement and review Health & Safety standards for compliance across all catering and service teams
