Job Summary:
We are recruiting an experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our High Street cafe team. As a Coffee Shop Manager, you will be responsible for motivating the team, influencing day-to-day business operations, and driving exceptional food and customer service standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong presence and personality, with excellent communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the team. They will also have experience in managing coffee shop operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer relations.

This is a full-time role, contracted to 40 hours per week, offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
