We are seeking a highly skilled Cafe Manager to lead our culinary and catering teams in delivering exceptional food experiences. As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing high-quality food to meet customer expectations
  • Managing and developing the culinary and catering teams to achieve excellent standards
  • Overseeing the catering operations, including budget management and implementing action plans
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Supporting and training team members to ensure they can excel in their roles
  • Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams

About the Role

This is a full-time position, contracted to 40 hours per week, with an estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work 5 out of 7 days, with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for learning and development.
