European Sales Manager Position

Wynne Consulting is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our European sales efforts in the Oil & Gas and Power Generation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-value sales strategies for bespoke projects and packaged process systems.
  • Drive EMEA-wide sales and business development, focusing on key accounts and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, and Chemicals sectors.
  • Travel regularly to meet with clients and prospects, and to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the Oil & Gas and Power Generation industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Formal qualifications in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering are an advantage.
