Join Our Facilities Maintenance Team

We are seeking an experienced Building Fabric Maintenance specialist to join our facilities maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventive and reactive maintenance services to our multi-site clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned preventive and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal asset uptime and quality workmanship.
  • Assist in the delivery of excellent customer service, resulting in professional results and first-time fix.
  • Work independently to confidently and competently carry out a range of tasks, including patch plastering, rendering, carpentry works, and wall tiling.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve targets and contribute to the success of our facilities maintenance team.
Requirements:
  • Time served experience across multiple trades, ideally in a building fabric role.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
  • NVQ, City and Guilds, or BTEC in a building trade.
  • Experience working within a maintenance remit for a multi-site retail client.
