We are seeking an experienced Building Fabric Maintenance specialist to join our facilities maintenance team. As an Asset Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventive and reactive maintenance services to our multi-site clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service and achieve professional results, asset uptime, first time fix, and quality workmanship.
  • Assist in the delivery of maintenance services, including patch plastering, rendering, carpentry works, floor coverings, wall tiling, and general repair work.
  • Work independently and confidently to carry out tasks, with experience of working in a building fabric/maintenance role previously.
  • Have a valid UK driver's license and time served experience across a mix of multiple trades.
  • Be able to use handheld IT equipment for managing works and documentation.
Requirements
  • Time served experience across a mix of multiple trades, ideally in a building fabric role.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
  • Experience working within a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic.

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 weeks on call.
