Join Our Facilities Maintenance Team

We are seeking an experienced Building Fabric Maintenance specialist to join our facilities maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventive and reactive maintenance services to our multi-site clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service resulting in professional results, asset uptime, first time fix and quality workmanship.
  • Assist in the delivery of maintenance services to our clients, including patch plastering, rendering, carpentry works, and wall tiling.
  • Work independently and confidently to carry out tasks, with time served experience across multiple trades.
  • Valid UK driver's license and experience working within a maintenance remit for a multi-site retail client.
  • NVQ, City and Guilds, or BTEC in a building trade.
