Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our settings, ensuring the health and safety of children and adults at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and report to the Regional Maintenance Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Maintenance Manager to prioritize and schedule maintenance work.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our staff and management team.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience of maintenance works.
  • Full clean driving license and own transport.
  • Relevant qualification within the maintenance field desirable.
  • Clear and valid DBS.
  • GCSE grade C or above in English & Maths.

Selection Criteria

All candidates will be required to have an enhanced DBS which is on the update service. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks. This role involves regulated activity with children. You should not apply if you are on the Children's Barred List.
