Exciting Opportunity in Property Management
Rendall & Rittner, a leading Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an allocated portfolio of developments, providing a day-to-day property management service.
- Manage budgets and overall expenditure for developments, producing forecasts and reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service, leading, engaging, and inspiring others.
- Drive the performance of your portfolio and contribute to outstanding results.
- Oversee major works and carry out the Section 20 consultation process.
- Interpret policies, procedures, and relevant leasehold legislation, researching where required and providing advice consistently.
- Conduct site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and have a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
- Build and establish relationships with clients.
- Support a collaborative work environment, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, contractors, and being part of a strong unified working environment.
Requirements:
- IRPM associate/membership (or willing and able to obtain within first year of employment).
