We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at MCR Property Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and managing our financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly management accounts to senior management and the board of directors.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Financial Planning: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial plans, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Financial Control: Manage and maintain a portfolio of property accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including tax and audit requirements.
- Qualifications: Full or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a property or construction industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial software.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary package, reflecting your skills and experience.
- Benefits: A range of benefits, including 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 with every completed year to a maximum 25 days, birthday off, free on-site gym membership, and dress down on a Friday.
