Senior Claims Manager for Property Investment Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Manager to join our team at Let Property. As a Senior Claims Manager, you will be responsible for addressing client disputes and ensuring their resolution is effective, quick, and amicable.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve all account disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Handle any claims for fees issued by our clients
- Assist the legal team with any matters presented
- Develop and implement current systems and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Proven experience in managing client claims, preferably in the insurance or debt collection industry
- Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of property sales and property law (desirable)
Let Property is a leading player in the property investment sales market, with a unique approach to buy-to-let property sales. We have already transacted £168.2 million worth of tenanted properties since our inception in 2021. Our service saves tenancies and reduces sales time for landlords by selling properties to a network of 20,000+ investors without the need for eviction.
We are looking for a smart, confident, and direct individual to partner with us and manage account disputes for our network of international investors.
