Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Managed Legal Service team in Bristol. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Legal Administrators and supporting the Operations Manager in delivering exceptional results.
About the Role- Lead a team of up to 10 Legal Administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and manage work levels, quality, and resources within your Section, ensuring timely completion of tasks and escalating issues as necessary.
- Actively monitor Section MI, identifying patterns and trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
In addition to your leadership skills, you will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information verbally, visually, and in writing.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to an extensive range of benefits, including 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 days based on length of service) and private medical insurance.
