We are seeking a seasoned Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue management, including pricing strategies, distribution channels, and forecasting.


Your primary goal will be to drive market share and revenue performance by managing inventory, setting pricing and selling strategies, and analyzing business trends to inform pricing decisions.


You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to devise promotions to generate business during peak periods and collaborate on website content optimization to increase conversion rates.


As a Cluster Revenue Manager, you will participate in annual budgeting and planning processes, produce and update forecasts for rooms, groups, and meetings & events, and communicate revenue strategies to all departments within the hotel.

Key Requirements



  • A proven track record of success in revenue management, with a strong ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including health and safety, food and beverage, and environmental sustainability.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
