Role Summary

We are seeking a talented Quantitative Developer (C# Mathematics) to join our Newcastle-based team. As a key member of our team, you will work on complex quantitative trading systems using C# and Python.

You will collaborate with Investment Quants to create scalable, performant, and supportable cross-asset class applications. Your advanced programming skills, strong knowledge of SQL databases, and computer science fundamentals will be essential in driving project success.

About the Opportunity:

  • You will have a minimum 2.1 degree in a STEM discipline from a top-tier university, backed by A grades at A-level.
  • You will possess advanced C# .Net programming skills, including .Net Core, and be comfortable working with Java, Python, or C++ backgrounds.
  • You will have a thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Algorithms.
  • You will be entrepreneurial, with good business acumen, keen to take ownership and lead projects.
  • You will be collaborative, enjoy problem-solving, and sharing ideas.
