We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Wellbeing Expert to join our infrastructure team in Cambridge. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective wellbeing strategies across large-scale infrastructure projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise project teams on wellbeing matters, including obligations and responsibilities of managers and personnel.
  • Directly involved in pre-works planning, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
  • Manage the assurance schedule and objective setting on a monthly basis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HSW management within the construction industry and hold a Level 5 qualification or above in health, safety, and wellbeing. CertIOSH membership level or higher is also required, along with a CSCS card and driving license.
