Communications Expert

Frontier, an innovative video game developer and publisher, is seeking a skilled Communications Expert to join its team. Located in the vibrant technology hub of Cambridge, UK, the company creates immersive gaming experiences with engaging gameplay and exceptional artistic quality.
This role can be on a hybrid working basis, allowing for flexibility between studio and home work arrangements. A comprehensive relocation support package is available as part of any offer, should relocation be necessary.
About the RoleThe PR & Communications Strategist will drive awareness and engagement for Frontier's titles and brand through strategic planning and execution of PR campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, preferably within gaming, film, or TV, and possess extensive experience in internal and external stakeholder management, including licensed IP.
- Develop and execute research-driven PR strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Publishing team to create long-term strategies for enhancing title recognition and conversation.
- Analyze mock reviews to inform review strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of communications strategies.
- Broaden the reach and recognizability of Frontier's titles.
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong track record of managing reputation and building relationships.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to define and meet goals and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal communication qualities and social skills.
- Well-organized process-driven abilities with the capacity to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrable experience in planning and executing experiential and stunt-driven PR activations, with evidence of driving widespread media awareness.
