TPF Recruitment is seeking a skilled Insolvency Administrator to collaborate with a renowned specialist Insolvency Practice in Chatham, Kent. This role offers exceptional career development opportunities, exposure to diverse cases, and a chance to work with a highly experienced team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage case delivery, incorporating pre-appointment progression and closure, to ensure timely realization of assets.
  • Investigate directors' conduct, including misappropriation of company funds, and provide recommendations for sign-off by the Insolvency Practitioner.
  • Prepare for and attend creditors' meetings and procedures, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with third parties and senior staff to facilitate case progression and asset realization.
  • Maintain IPS case diaries and setup, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines.
  • Support Administrators and Trainees, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Contribute to improving systems and processes by collaborating with managers and partners.
  • Support the Firm's external networking efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working as an Insolvency Administrator.
  • CPI Qualified, studying, or qualified through experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Based within a commutable distance of Medway, Kent.
