Ourclient is a marketleading insolvency practice that has a veryexperienced insolvency team where you will have the opportunity tolearn on the job and progress in a mixed insolvency position whilegaining excellentexposure.


Youwill work in a small but very experienced mixed insolvency teamwhere you will get varied exposure across both corporate andpersonal cases. Our client offers excellent training and the chanceto study towards professional qualificationstoo.

  • Managingcase delivery incorporating preappointment progression andclosure.
  • Realisingassets in a timelymanner.
  • Providingregular progress reports to the Insolvency Manager and/orInsolvencyPractitioner.
  • InvestigatingDirectors conduct including misappropriation of companyfunds.
  • Preparingfor and attending creditors meetings andprocedures
  • Providingrecommendations for signoff by the InsolvencyPractitioner.
  • Liaisingwith3rdparties and senior members of staff to ensure case progression andprompt realisations ofassets.
  • Attendingsite wherenecessary.
  • MaintainingIPS case diaries and IPSsetup.
  • Ensuringstatutory deadlines aremet.
  • Supportof Administrators andTrainees.
  • Seekto further increase and apply own technical knowledge..
  • Lookto assist with improving systems and processes by liaising withmanagers andpartners.
  • Supportthe Firm s externalnetworking.

Requirements
  • Willhave experience working as an insolvencyadministrator
  • CPIQualified studying or qualified throughexperience
  • Wellorganised and great communicationskills
  • Basedwithin a commutable distance ofMedway
