About the Role
Red Kite School is a specialist school in Buckinghamshire that provides education and support to young people with complex needs. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently and collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement therapeutic programs for our students.
- Conduct assessments and provide psychological interventions to support the emotional and behavioral needs of our students.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with our students, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our service's policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- Postgraduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS).
- Experience of working with individuals with complex needs and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
