About the Role
Red Kite School is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join their team. As a key member of the school's psychological services, you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement therapeutic programs that support the needs of students with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead therapeutic programs for students with complex needs
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students
- Provide training and supervision to staff members
- Contribute to the development of the school's psychological services
Requirements:
- Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology
- Registered with the HCPC and BPS
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience of working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage strategically
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
- Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively
- Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
- Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults
- Experience of lecturing/teaching/training
- Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
