About the Role
Red Kite School is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join their team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will work closely with the school's multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality psychological services to students with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
- Conduct assessments and provide diagnostic reports
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop strategies to support students
- Provide training and support to staff on psychological principles and practices
Requirements
- Postgraduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology
- Registration with the HCPC and BPS
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience of working with students with complex needs, including autism and intellectual disabilities
