About the Role: As a Staffing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various hospitality roles. You will work closely with our directors and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various hospitality roles
  • Directs, plans and works with other managers
  • Analyse budgets, forecasting and expenditure
  • Coordinate and manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection
  • Working closely with the Directors & other departments
  • Conduct onboarding processes for new hires, including training on company policies, customer service standards, and safety protocols
  • Address staffing shortages or last-minute changes and arrange for replacements or overtime if necessary
  • Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance staff skills and performance
  • Track and report on staffing metrics such as attendance, overtime, turnover, and employee satisfaction
  • Serve as the main point of contact for staff-related inquiries, issues, or concerns
