Nationwide role with a base in London.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary: £55,000-£65,000 (OTE)
  • Company Car: With personal usage allowance

Working Hours and Benefits:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays and Xmas shut down (not taken from holiday allowance)

We are working on behalf of a long-established company in the HVAC sector with over 20 years of experience in the UK.

The Role:

Deliver Training and Ensure Compliance

Duties include delivering training on products and legislation changes, staying up-to-date with regulatory updates, and monitoring sales growth annually.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Heat Pumps, boilers, water heaters, and related heating technologies
  • Delivering product and legislation presentations to staff, stakeholders, and external/ internal sales teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively with installers and service partners
  • Creating engaging training power points and condensed manufacturing booklets
  • Excellent IT skills and document creation

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of up to £65,000 with potential for higher earnings through OTE, plus a range of benefits including a company car allowance, 25 days holiday, and more.
