High Value Sales Director for Retail Sector

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our corporate subscriptions and consultancy offering in the retail sector.
This is a high-value subscription-based business intelligence platform providing senior decision makers with market-leading insight, intelligence, trends etc for the retail environment. It serves both the interests of FMCG brands as well as retail technology businesses, professional services companies and retailers themselves.
Clients include prominent names such as Oracle, Walmart, Deloitte, Mars and Budweiser.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for growing corporate subscriptions and consultancy revenues from strategically chosen accounts within the retail, FMCG and professional services markets.
The ideal candidate will have experience of pitching six-figure corporate subscription solutions, delivering high-value bespoke research projects and up-selling/cross-selling consultancy services.
You will be a confident, articulate and driven individual with a strong legacy of growing accounts and a stable career path.
Achieving this target will require effective client management, strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
Requirements- 6+ years of experience in high-value corporate subscriptions
- An independent and strategic thinker with a proven track record of account growth
- Experience of delivering high-value (six-figure) corporate subscriptions
- Confident, articulate and driven
- Stable career path
- Experience in the retail technology, general retail or FMCG markets is desirable
This role offers a competitive salary package of £60,000 basic pay plus uncapped commission, along with a professional and fast-paced working environment.
