  • Proactively address car park issues and maintain high standards of operations and customer service.
  • Support Duty Managers and act as an acting Duty Manager when required.
Requirements

Ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience in Car Park or similar service environment, with experience in managing or supervising a team.

Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and ability to manage challenging customer interactions are essential.
