Dental Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Dental Care Coordinator to join our experienced team at Bupa Dental Care Milnsbridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet patients, providing a positive first impression and patient journey
- Book and amend appointments, answer phone calls, and update patient records
- Coordinate care packages for patients, working closely with our clinicians
- Confidently promote and upsell Bupa Dental Care products and services
- Provide excellent customer service face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
- Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Handle payments and maintain patient confidentiality
Requirements:
- Ability to work positively and professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Experience promoting company products and services
