Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team at Bupa Dental Care. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Manage patient appointments, including booking and amending schedules
- Coordinate patient care packages and communicate with clinicians
- Promote and sell Bupa Dental Care products and services
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns
- Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with administrative tasks
- Handle patient payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in promoting products and services is an asset
