About the Role

We are looking for an Adult Mental Health Care Coordinator to join our team at Core 24 Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality evidence-based care for service users and their carers within inpatient and community services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in change management and policy formulation, as well as knowledge of relevant mental health legislation. They will also have the ability to provide education and supervision to junior staff.

We offer a range of benefits including a salary of £34,434 - £43,041 per annum, dependent on experience, flexible working options, comprehensive training, and opportunities for professional development.
