Bright Horizons WoodLand Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the daily routines and activities of children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Contributing to the creation of engaging play-based experiences, encouraging curiosity and creativity in our young charges.
- Maintaining accurate records of children's progress, communicating effectively with parents and carers.
- Participating in ongoing professional development, staying updated on best practices in early childhood education.
