Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at YOTEL Edinburgh. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective operational procedures to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and stock levels to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of food quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong operational and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
