About the Role

Grosvenor Casino, Edinburgh is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage services that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team to provide seamless food and beverage services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
