About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to join our vibrant multidisciplinary team in South Devon and Torbay. As a key member of our team, you will provide psychiatric input to the multidisciplinary team, contributing to clinical and team management decisions and providing consultation to others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality specialist mental health assessments of young people referred into the service.
  • Contribute to leading on the establishment of multi-disciplinary assessment clinics.
  • Work collaboratively with other clinical teams to provide comprehensive care to young people and their families.
  • Participate in on-call duties and join the regular peer group CPD forum.
  • Support the development of clinical leadership and service development within the team.
