The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service and a strong understanding of the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room.
As a Spa Experience Manager, you will be expected to act as an ambassador for our spa retreats, welcoming members and ensuring they understand the various benefits of the spa experience. You will also be responsible for recommending and educating members on spa etiquette and using your expert product knowledge to ensure that the member experience is maximised.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, plus benefits including free Club Membership for you and your family, discounts on food and drinks, and opportunities for career progression.
