Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence
• Manage residential properties in London, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Coordinate events and parties, working closely with vendors and house staff to deliver exceptional results
• Develop and maintain relationships with external contacts, including suppliers and partners

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills, with excellent time management and prioritization abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in calendar management and email correspondence

Salary and Benefits
