About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Medicine Practitioner to join our team at Farnham Road Medical Group (FRMG). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments to diagnose and treat a range of health conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote optimal health and well-being for our patients.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary, in accordance with our practice's prescribing policies and guidelines.
  • Work closely with our team to provide comprehensive care, including surgery consultations, telephone consultations, and triage.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to the development of new services to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A strong foundation in family medicine and primary care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.Strong clinical decision-making skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our practice.What We Offer
