Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medical examinations, diagnose, and treat patients with a range of medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote optimal health and well-being for patients.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary, in accordance with our practice's formulary and local guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, including referrals to specialists and other services as needed.
- Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to the development of new services and initiatives to improve patient care.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of patient information, including consultation notes and medical reports.
- Minimum of two years' experience in primary care, with a strong background in family medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
