Contracts Manager - Social Housing Maintenance

Location: TBD

Resourcing Group is working with a maintenance contractor who is mobilising a new contract in the public sector, providing services to both Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

This role is available due to expansion and we are in need of an experienced Contracts Manager with previous social housing maintenance experience, managing multi-million-pound contracts in multiple locations.

The role will also involve increasing headcount to ensure that the contract is deliverable on time and within budget.
