MWH Treatment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Delivery Specialist to join our Professional Development Programme for the 2025 intake. As part of our Operations division, you will play a critical role in delivering multiple projects across various stages, from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the project team to drive project progression.
  • Oversee site operations to ensure safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, timely production, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement method statements and risk assessments, as well as procure necessary resources.
  • Nurture relationships with clients, design teams, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in an engineering discipline or project/construction management.
  • The ability to travel to the office and sites (some locations may be difficult to access via public transport). A full UK driving licence would be preferred.
  • Flexibility to spend time in other offices and sites.
