We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team in Teesside.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective programs to support the holistic development of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on child development and EYFS best practices.
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and tailored learning experiences for children.
- Conduct observations and assessments to inform teaching strategies and improve child outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in child development and EYFS.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in a pre-school or similar early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and EYFS principles.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
