We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our Build to Rent developments in Brighton and Hove. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our properties consistently meet all maintenance and health & safety standards, while delivering exceptional customer service to our residents.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our commercial team and General Manager to maintain operating spend in line with our annual budget. You will also be responsible for tracking building asset performance against design parameters, and ensuring that reports such as FRA's and reportable incidents are recorded on our central database in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good knowledge of residential building services, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook. You will also need to be able to build and develop relationships with external professionals, contractors and suppliers.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £38,000, plus 10% bonus, as well as a range of benefits, including enhanced family leave policies, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan, and much more.
