Facilities Manager

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our residential properties in Brighton and Hove. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings consistently meet all maintenance and health & safety standards, while delivering exceptional customer service to our residents.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Tracking building asset performance against design parameters to inform maintenance frequency and predictive maintenance
- Ensuring reports such as FRA's, reportable incidents are recorded on the central database in a timely manner and in the agreed format
- Working closely with the commercial team and General Manager to maintain operating spend in line with annual budget
- Promoting peak performance through effective people management, embracing the one-to-one and review process
- M&E planning with a focus on statutory compliance
- Building and developing relationships with external professionals, contractors, and suppliers
- Having good knowledge of residential building services
- Being proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems
