We are working in partnership with a leading boutique consultancy based in Cambridge to find an exceptional Senior Employer's Agent to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly respected company that operates across the East of England and London, delivering outstanding results for their clients.

**Job Description:

As a Senior Employer's Agent, you will be responsible for providing expert recruitment services to our clients, identifying and attracting top talent to drive business growth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • a strong background in recruitment, preferably with experience in the financial or professional services sectors;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates;
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex recruitment challenges;
  • knowledge of current employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
